Due to the continued success of the agency, we are looking for an HR Advisor to join the People & Culture Team. The main purpose of the role will be to provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics, such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits and performance management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for all employee life cycle administration and work closely with the People & Culture Director on transformational projects such as the implementation of an HR System and international hiring. This role would suit a candidate who has significant HR administration experience and is ready for the next step in their HR career.
Junior Project Manager
This is an exciting role that is all about project delivery, whether that be supporting bigger teams with their design and build exhibits or taking smaller events from the design process right through to the final delivery onsite. Ensuring the final execution is on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to the expected quality standard. Regular travel is to be expected based on the schedule of projects assigned.
The main purpose of the Technical Production Manager is to help specify, procure, and manage the delivery of all production and technical services for event and exhibition projects. They will work closely with the wider business teams from early concept stages through to on site management to ensure that we deliver the creative vision to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will be solutions focused with a high attention to detail and a real passion for high quality project delivery. The production manager will be expected to work both autonomously and as part of a larger team depending on the project size and complexity. Outside of day-to-day project responsibilities they will work closely with the Head of Production to help drive Production best practice throughout the business
